HFSales is designed to function fully offline. The app does not require an internet connection to operate and does not send your data to any remote server.

All information you input into the app is stored locally on your device. The Company does not have access to your data. You are responsible for managing, backing up, and protecting your information.

4. Data Sharing

The Company does not access or share your data with any third parties. When you export data to Excel, the file is generated locally on your device and can only be shared by you using your chosen method.

5. Permissions

The app may request limited device permissions necessary for its functionality, such as storage access for exporting Excel files. These permissions are used solely to enable core features of the application and not for data collection or tracking.

6. Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device, data security depends on your device’s security settings. We recommend using device-level protection such as screen locks, passwords, or encryption.

HFSales is not intended for children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
